My husband loved this! I precooked the biscuits for five minutes as others have suggested, and they turned out perfectly. Thanks for a great recipe!

Pork Chops for the Slow Cooker

Reviewed: Jan. 24, 2004
This was a little salty for my family's taste, but it was a great recipe and the chops came out tender and moist. Next time I'll try it with less soy sauce, or the lite kind. Very good way to make pork chops!

Wow! This was great. My husband loved it!! I left out the celery (just a personal preference) but did everything else as the recipe stated, and it was wonderful. Even better the next day! Thanks for a great recipe!

Chicken Cordon Bleu II

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2004
This is a wonderful recipe! I've made it twice now, It's easy and very elegant. I will be making this one a lot. I love the sauce!! I recommend pounding the chicken breasts pretty thin so that they wrap all the way around and don't let any of the cheese leak out, it's too good to waste! Thanks for the recipe!

This was excellent! My husband said it was like going out to a nice italian resturant. I served it with pasta and there was plenty of sauce to serve over both. Wonderful! I wish I could give it 10 stars! Thanks for the great recipe!!!

Baked Pineapple Casserole

Great flavor, fun for something different. I though it was pretty strong though, next time I'm going to add more bread to try and bland the flavor a little bit. Worth trying though, thanks!

Hot Fudge Ice Cream Bar Dessert

Reviewed: Feb. 19, 2004
Wow! This was awesome!! I used half chocolate syrup and half hot fudge to make it a little thicker, before adding the peanut butter. I also drizzled the chocolate mixture first, then the whipped cream like others have suggested. The only other thing I changed was using english toffee bits instead of peanuts (personal preference) and it was fantastic!!! I couldn't believe how well the sandwiches were hidden. No one I served it to had a clue it was made from sandwiches. They thought I slaved! Great Recipe!!

Butternut Squash Casserole

Reviewed: Feb. 24, 2004
This dish has a great flavor, just a little too sweet for my tastes. I will be making it again, I think I'll just cut the amount of the topping I add in half, because that is what I found to be so sweet. The casserole itself was wonderful, wouldn't change a thing. Thanks!
