Creamy Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2004
This pie is awesome! I only used 2 cups of pumpkin, as suggested by a previous reviewer. It filled my 9" pie crust perfectly, and came out with a lot of flavor and very good texture. Thanks for the great recipe!

Frost on the Pumpkin

Reviewed: Nov. 21, 2004
This is pretty good, but it isn't really anything like a pumpkin pie. It has the flavor of one, but the texture is completely different. It's layered and really light and fluffy. If you're looking for a traditional pumpkin pie recipe, this isn't it... but it is very good for what it is.

I can't say enough good things about this ham! It was amazing. I've never liked ham before, but I can't get enough of it, and my family wants it year round. Thanks for the awesome recipe!

Meaty Spaghetti Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2004
My husband loved this... I thought it needed a bit more sauce. The carrots were great in it, and the flavor was very good. I would just add a little more tomato sauce next time. Good Recipe!

Pesto Cream Sauce

Reviewed: Aug. 21, 2004
This was awesome! The only change I made was to omit the tomatoes (we just don't like them). Next time I will add more shrimp and mushrooms, because it seemed to be mostly pasta, but the flavor was unreal! I'll make this one again and again. Thanks!

Tiramisu Layer Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2004
This is a very yummy cake, but it didn't have enough coffee flavor in it for my tastes. I will definately make it again, I'll just add more coffee!!! It was a beautiful presentation though, and everyone seemed to love it. Also, the mascarpone cheese seemed very subtle to me, I almost think it would be better using cream cheese for a more rich flavor. I may try it that way too. Thanks for the recipe!

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary

Reviewed: Apr. 12, 2004
This turned out very good for me. I cooked it for easter dinner and everyone loved it. I cooked it at 345 for 25 minutes a pound until it was 160 degrees, or medium. It was very tender and moist.. I just would have liked it to have a little more flavor. I marinaded it for 2 days before cooking. Next time I think I'll stuff it with some garlic cloves, and use more salt. Thanks for the recipe, it was a big hit!

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

I thought that these were great. I would have liked them to be a little more sweet, but they were light and fluffy, and very big and pretty. I'll definately make them again! Thanks

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2004
These have a great flavor. Mine turned out kind of heavy, but I think it was because I didn't let them rise for long enough. I'm going to try them again, the flavor was worth it! Thanks.

Baked Pork Chops I

These turned out really good. My only complaint was that they were a little dry. I'll adjust the cooking time next time, but great flavor. Thanks!

No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Mar. 22, 2004
Yum! This is awesome. I took the advice of other reviewers and spread hot fudge at the bottom of the crust, glad I did! It's very light, yet very rich at the same time. We love it, Thanks!

Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

Reviewed: Mar. 12, 2004
This was really good. I used half heavy cream, and half 2% milk per other recommendations and it turned out fine. I also used more cheese, probably about 1/2 cup. I think next time I will leave the bacon out, just because it kind of overpowered the other flavors. Overall, we loved it. Thanks for the great recipe!

Pico de Gallo Chicken Quesadillas

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2004
These were really good. I think next time I'll use cooked chicken strips, or leftover chicken to save time. The pico de gallo was excellent. I would add a little more tomato though. Overall, this was wonderful! Thank You for the recipe!

Shredded Beef Enchiladas

Reviewed: Mar. 9, 2004
This was a great recipe. The only thing I changed is added some enchilada sauce before I baked them. I used a can of red sauce, mixed with about a cup of the leftover sour cream mixture. It was great! The only other thing I would change is to add a little more spice, they were pretty mild for my taste. The meat was amazing! I'll use it for many different recipes. Thank You!
