Honey Ribs

Reviewed: Nov. 18, 2005
These were great! I took them out of the slow cooker and basted them with some more of the honey bbq sauce and broiled them for a few minutes to darken them. They were amazing.

Mushroom Patacone Pita

Reviewed: May 2, 2005
This was really good. The flavor is so complex and exciting. I couldn't find coconut oil, so I just used canola... I'm sure it would have been even better with the coconut. Also, I used a little less arugula, because I didn't have that much on hand. It was still really yummy. Highly recommended!

Adrienne's Tom Ka Gai

Reviewed: Apr. 17, 2005
This was so good! The fish sauce was gross, I've never cooked with it before, but once it's all incorporated in it just goes beautifully together. Don't omit it just because it smells horrible!

This is excellent. The best salsa I've ever had. I would recommend using 1/2 the jalepenos recommended.

Duck Salad with Wild Rice, Pecans, Grapes, and Orange Dressing

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2005
I didn't actually eat any of this because I don't like duck, but my husband raved! I used less green onion than called for, about 1/4 cup. It's a great easy way to use up all of those ducks he brings home during hunting season! Thanks.

Pepperoni Bread

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2005
This was awesome! My family loved it. I got some pizza sauce to dip it in, and it was great. Mine only took 25 min. to bake, and it turned beautiful dark golden brown, so watch it carefully!

Cranberry Stuffed Turkey Breasts

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2004
MMMM! These were yummy. The only thing that would make them better would be a good gravy or cranberry sauce to add that final touch, and a little more moisture. I'm giving 5 stars though, because I loved them so much! Thanks.

Holiday Dressing

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2004
This has wonderful flavor! I only had sage sausage, so I just used that, and cut out the sage from the recipe. I would also suggest cooking a bit longer than recommended, or maybe cooking at 350 instead of 325. Mine came out a little soggy, but I cooked it for another 20 min and it was perfect. Thanks for a great recipe!

Cranana Jam

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2004
This was yummy. I would suggest straining the cranberries out because they're a little tart when you leave them in, and they also all float to the top of the jar and make for a strange presentation. Really yummy though!

Buster Bar Ice Cream Dessert

Reviewed: Nov. 22, 2004
This was yummy. My only suggestion is to take it out of the freezer about 15 to 20 minutes before serving. Otherwise, it is just too hard to cut.
