I made this recipe with a few changes for dinner tonight, and it was delicious. I substituted bone in chicken thighs for the breasts because I had them on hand, and I added about fifteen minutes to the cooking time. I also substituted coconut milk for the yogurt. Again because I had it on hand. To spice it up a little, I added about a tablespoon and a half of curry paste. It was hard for me not to eat all six of the thighs. It made a wonderful dinner.
