Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2012
I made one loaf of this bread, so I cut the serving size from 32 to 8. It confused me at the beginning because the directions didn't change, only the ingredients, but after a minute I realized my stupidity. I threw in 2 banana's instead of 1.5 and used a whole egg instead of 3/4 of an egg (because how am I supposed to measure that, lol). It came out well, I had to bake it for an extra 10 minutes. The bread was extremely moist, but not undercooked. In the future I think I'll use the correct amount of bananas.

BBQ Chicken Pizza from Pillsbury® Artisan Pizza Crust

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2012
I used this recipe as guidelines, but changed a lot of how I did it... my sister had some leftover breaded chicken, so I cut it up into little cubes. I spread the crust over a pan, and used bbq sauce just as you would use pizza sauce, spreading it to about 1in from the edges (I estimated the amount, but I thin I used about 1 cup). Then I spread the 2 cups of mozz cheese, scattered the chicken on top, and did the same with the sliced onions. To top it off, I sprinkled the fresh cilantro over the top. Then I cooked it at 400 degrees for 17 minutes. It came out well. I wanted to do it this way instead of pre-mixing and heating the ingredients because I used to work at a pizza place and this was how we did it. It tasted delicious, the crust was perfectly cooked and crispy, and I had plenty for leftovers!

Chicken Katsu

Reviewed: Aug. 22, 2012
Delicious. I made this last night exactly as the recipe suggested. It didn't mention what oil to use so I used Olive Oil. I put too little in at first so the sides weren't getting cooked but was able to add more. I couldn't find tonkatsu sauce, but I made my own using ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, ground mustard, and black pepper. It came out well, but I think plain ketchup would have tasted well also. I sided it with boil-a-bag rice and it was an exceptional meal, with enough left over for lunch today!
