Best Ever Cheese Bread

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2013
Made this last night to go with our pork chops and it was wonderful! I made 2 loaves, one exactly as written and the 2nd with a few minor changes. For the 2nd loaf I used 1/2 of the mayo called for, added a bulb of minced garlic and about 1/2 cup of diced green chile. It was fabulous!! We all preferred the second version, but the original was eaten up too. I will definitely be making this again! Thank you for sharing

Grilled Salmon I

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2013
WOW! I'm not a fan of salmon, but the boys in my house are, so I try to serve it at least once every couple weeks. This is amazing!! I broiled it wraped in foil pouches for about 13 min because we didn't have time to get the grill going. An absolute keeper :) Thank you so much for sharing this wonderful receipe!

Downeast Maine Pumpkin Bread

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2012
I stumbled across this receipe a few years ago and it has been a fall staple ever since! It freezes well and is perfect for gift giving! **UPDATE** 02/12/2014 This recipe is still a favorite in my house. I typically make 4 mini loaves (some to keep and some to share) and it's good every single time! I usually sub 1/2 the oil with applesauce and cut the sugar down to 2 cups. Not sure how much "better for you" it is that way, but it is still phenomenal!

Apple Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Sep. 14, 2012
I made this for dinner lastnight and it was wonderful! I did make a few minor adjustments though. Based on the reviews I thought it would be a bit bland for my family so I added about a Tbsp of minced onion & about a tsp of each of the following: cinnamon, chili powder, poultry seasoning, brown sugar and season salt. Sprinkled that on both sides of the chicken BEFORE stuffing & AFTER stuffing I dredged the chicken in egg and rolled in bread crumbs so it had a nice crispy coating . I then baked it at 375F for about 35 min & it was awesome! I will definitely be making this again!
