My dad is a pro at making any awesome dessert actually healthy by changing ingrediants around. He makes amazing pecan pie and banana/pumpkin oatmeal bread!
My cooking triumphs
Made a strawberry-banana jello cake with whipped cream topping for my friends mom on mothers day and she loved it! Made blue jello and strawberry jello cupcakes for a friends birthday and he loved those too! Also, made my brother and his girlfriend the Jalapeno-Garlic-Onion Burgers I found on here but added Halbenero peppers and used swiss instead of pepperjack! They loved it!
My cooking tragedies
Tried to make a pudding pie like my dad does and it was horrible! Tried to make shakenbake once and every piece of chicken wasn't done all the way! Tried to make the Baked Parmesan Tomatoes and they were gross. Made a Hershey butterscotch, white chocolate, and chocolate cheesecake and accidentally read 1 bag of each chips instead of 1 cup. People still loved it but it was way too thick and no cheesecake flavor in my opinion.

Parmesan Tomatoes
Not that great to me. I made them and I feel that Parmesan wasn't the best cheese choice!

Jalapeno-Garlic-Onion Cheeseburgers
I added a diced Halbenero pepper! Didn't use egg because I'm allergic and was just careful when flipping so they wouldn't fall apart! Also, I used swiss instead of pepperjack cheese. I served the burgers on toast. They were amazing and weren't too spicy even with the Halbenero. Everyone (5 people) rated 4.5/5 that I made them for!
