Fereni Starch Pudding

FYI - I have not tried this recipe yet. Firni is supposed to be thick, quite thick. if made well, it tastes great. Often served in clay dishes in Pakistan and India. I suggest trying other sites for a recipe you like. Also, rosewater is for scent only, not taste. Smell is just as an important part of any dish! Most people love the smell, I couldn't try desserts without it frankly! But use few drops only. Good luck.

Amy's Cilantro Cream Sauce

excellent taste and texture. rich and thick. my in-laws loved it, thanks Amy. we served it on salmon but would make a great sauce for steak and marinade for chicken also. we even ate it with nacho chips!

Spinach Appetizers

Very good appetizer + easy to make. i will make it spicier next time. still looking for suggestions on serving sauces besides ketchup! any suggestions on spicier ingredients? Thanks for the recipe. It's a versatile idea!

Asiago Sun-Dried Tomato Pasta

good, creamy pasta dish. needs much more flavor so increase ingredients or use others for stronger flavor. i didn't have chicken so used bell peppers, onions and garbanzo beans. used bow-tie pasta. i enjoyed making a home-made sauce and combination of cheese and sun-dried tomatos. Thanks.

Summer Zucchini Casserole

Good, comfort food. Nice flavors, good for side dish at a party or dinner at the table. Add a bit more hotness to it and extra stuffing to make it more filling. My dad really liked it. Thanks.

Hawaiian Banana Bars

I thought they were pretty good, not the greatest. I enjoyed the overall result although probably should have used riper bananas to get more of banana flavor. Pros: Cinnamon topping was great and i added some crushed cardamom (black seeds only) to give it some kick! I added egg to make more cake like. Nice side thing for work party or potluck. I will try it again without egg. Cons: Cooked faster in my gas oven, in 20 mins. it was done. Also, don't be worried if 11x17 pan sounds too big when you are pouring batter in, it was just right. Conclusion: Had to try this because it sounded so good. looks pretty with topping, which was easy to roll in when bars just came out of oven. A few pieces did get wasted because mine got burnt due to time I had set for cooking. *
