After reading a couple of the reviews for this recipe, I chose it to use the fresh key limes I purchased yesterday. It took my husband & me ONE HOUR to juice enough limes for 1 cup!!! A 15-minute prep time is unrealistic if you are using fresh KEY limes (which are tiny compared to regular limes.) And, let me add, if it weren't for one of the reviewer's suggestions to use a garlic press, it would have taken even longer! So keep that in mind if you are going for the authentic Key Lime Pie.
