Sugar Cookie Icing

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2013
Easy and did the trick. Had a bunch of toddlers 'painting' onto sugar cookies and it wasn't too drippy or sloppy. It dried nicely and the colors stay very vivid when dyed. Thanks for the recipe!

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Dec. 21, 2013
It does come out cake-y and not too sweet by itself, but I find they are just perfect when iced.

Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jan. 19, 2012
Even the picky 3 year old asked for seconds! I was afraid it would be too salty, but nope. Added a little more water than recipe called for so the 'juice' was very thin but still tasty. Great recipe.

Oh. My. Goodness. This came out fantastic! It was a real hit at Thanksgiving, and my husband has already requested I make it again soon.

Campbell's® Green Bean Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 23, 2011
I followed the directions as written (well ok I added some extra onions) and it came out fantastic. Took this to a church Thanksgiving potluck last night and between the 3 or 4 there, this was the first one to go! We used fresh green beans (cut and blanched for a few minutes) so the color was so much more vibrant compared with the other casseroles. My husband was against making the casserole initially because he thought I was using the canned green beans (which he has a weird aversion to), but he said he wanted this one again. Thank you, Campbells!

Chicken and Broccoli Pasta

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
I liked it, my husband not so much. He kept saying something was missing. It tasted great the next day and it made a lot. Not sure if will make it again unless I can tweak it to where he will eat it.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
Easy, and very good. I was a little bit skeptical since I'm not a fan of mushrooms or a lot of red meat, but the hubby asked. This has already been made a couple of times and have thoroughly enjoyed it. Thanks!

Chicken Stir-Fry

This has become a healthy staple in our house. Relatively simple, full of veggies. We serve it over some brown rice and some soy sauce. Thanks for the recipe!

Slow Cooker Cranberry Pork

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2011
This was very good. I seasoned it with some salt and pepper and a little bit of garlic before putting it into the crockpot. The meat just fell apart and had very good flavor. I made a gravy with the leftover sauce and found it too sweet. But the meat itself was fantatic with very few ingredients. Will make again, is a good company dish. Thanks!

Absolutely the Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Mar. 7, 2011
Love these cookies. Made them a few times and they've come out great. I don't know if it's my oven or an issue with the recipe, but I have consistently had to cook them longer than recommended. Either way, they're fantasitc. As my husband says..."Nom Nom Nom"

It's Chili by George!!

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2010
It tasted great. I made it in a crockpot. It was a lot thinner than what I was hoping; think next time will substitute some of the juice or sauce for some diced tomatoes and more beans. It freezes very well, too. Saucy or not, used it to make Frito Pie and it was good.

Bacon Ranch Pasta Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2010
We made this to bring along for our Thanksgiving meal and both sides of the family loved it. Made the recipe as written and the only change I think I would make next time is more olives...everytime someone walked past the bowl, they'd pick out an olive slice! Wonderful recipe, will surely be made again

Libby's® Famous Pumpkin Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 27, 2010
Awesome recipe. I made the mistake of picking of up a graham cracker, non deep dish crust and we had too much filling. It tasted fabulous though. Already saved in my recipe book at home.

Buffalo Chicken Fingers

Reviewed: Aug. 4, 2010
This was really easy and really good, fed a party. We didn't toss them in any sauce, but had an array of things to dip them in. Alrdy in my recipe box and in regular rotation. Only change I made to the recipe was a few dashes of tabasco in the egg whites, and it made a nice bite.

Fabulous Fruit Salad

Reviewed: Feb. 18, 2010
This is my favorite go-to potluck recipe. I have substituted the nectarines when not in season with peaches and/or mandarin oranges. Also, my husband and I didn't have quite enough lemon yogurt, so added in a little bit of strawberry to make up...AWESOME! Make this one often.

Beef Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Mar. 19, 2006
This was a huge hit!! I did make a few changes, thanks to some of the other reviewers. I added taco seasoning to the meat and made 2 packets of enchilada sauce (1 would definetly not have been enough). The only changes I think I might make next time are more black olives (we love black olives), either on top or in the meat mixture. This is an absolute keeper!

Beefaroni

Reviewed: Sep. 11, 2005
This is a very versatile recipe that can easily be tweaked to your own personal tastes. I followed the recipe as written, and it (to me) had too many noodles and not enough sauce. Next time, I think I might decrease the noodles, add a layer of cheese on top, add some onion or spices and a can of veggies. Thanks for a good recipe, Kelli!

Sausage Casserole II

Reviewed: Jul. 31, 2005
Very good and quick. I thought it tasted even better the second day. I think that next time, I'll try covering the top with the foil like a previous reviewer suggested; some of the sausage came out burnt. But this definitely is going into my 'will make again' file
