Pork Tenderloin Diane

Reviewed: Sep. 28, 2011
Love, love, loved it! Only thing I did was drizzled a little olive oil on the tenderloin an sprinkled with kosher salt, cracked black pepper and garlic garlic along with the lemon pepper and let it sit for about 30 minutes. I made 4 times the amount of sauce.

Cream Cheese Squares

Reviewed: Mar. 13, 2011
I'm always looking for something quick, easy and good and these were all 3. I thought the consistancy of the cream cheese mixture was odd, so I did as others and added an egg. Made it more cheesecake like consistancy. The entire pan was almost gone. Can throw these together in 10 minutes!

Frosted Grapes

Reviewed: Feb. 25, 2011
Everytime I make these people go nuts over them. I found a raspberry/blackberry fusion jell-o that is to die-for on them. The secret is to not have them to wet or to dry. I rinse in a colander and shake off a little. Then use a large zip-lock bag. Add some dry jell-o, then a hand full of grapes, more jell-o, lightly shake, then continue in small batches until all the grapes are coated. Then dump into a bowl in put un fridge until serving.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2008
Sorry guys... I just made these and the only thing I changed was to use brown sugar in place of the white for the topping and I have to tell ya... they look beautiful but the taste is very dissappointing. Not good at all. Will not make again.

Bananas Foster II

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2008
Yummy!! I made a double batch of this and served it for dessert at a dinner party in big wine goblets. The presentation was beautiful and to this day people are still talking about how good it was. I also used pecans instead.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2006
Each time I make these I get tons of raves!! Usually my friends tell me not to make them because they can't quit eating them! The only thing I changed is that I use extra virgin olive oil and sometimes real parmesan cheese and I too go a little be light on the cayenne pepper because I don't care for things that are too hot. Other than that, they are great!

Guinness® Corned Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2006
This did not turn out so good for me. I cooked it for 3 hours and the meat still was not tender and the beer and brown sugar just turned into a liqued mess in the pan that spilled when I went to take it out of the over.

Irish Cream Bundt Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 17, 2006
I made this tonight for a dinner party and everyone loved it. I didn't have a bundt pan, so I just used an angel food cake pan and it turned out fine. The glaze will thinkin as it sits on the cake. It's a keeper!

Beer Cake I

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2004
My daughter just made this cake for a friends birthday and WOW! It was a huge hit. She used store bought cream cheese frosting. Everyone loved it! She used a Bud Lite and it had absolutly no beer taste at all. So moist and tasty. I am sending the recipe onto all my friends.

Florentine Artichoke Dip

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2004
WOW!!This was wonderful! Made it for a family get together at New Years and the whole dish went fast. Only thing I did different was add about 1 cup of grated Montery Jack cheese to the mixture. Every thing else I left the same. I did not think that it had too much garlic like others said and goes great with the Tostito's scoops.
