So I followed some people's advice from here and added seasonings, as well as giving the yeast and then the dough some time to grow. Let me tell you, hands down the absolute best pizza dough recipe EVER! And so simple!
I doubled the recipe and put it into these medium sized stone dishes, and they kind of became more like Pizza Cakes because the dough grew so much in the oven, so if you double the recipe, divide it so that you get three portions instead of two (or use a really big baking sheet so you could spread the dough out thinner.
