Green Chutney

This green chutney was very good. I made it with samosa which accompanied homemade naan and homemade butter chicken. The down side for me, which was no fault of the author was that in BUlgaria, we do not have fresh cliantro. However, I did find thai corriander paste which I substituted for the cliantro. It was still good with this substitute but I bet this recipe would have been really good if I could get real cliantro like I would get back in the states...

My Chicken Pho Recipe

This chicken pho was very good. However, I had to alter the recipe because in Bulgaria we do not have Chinese egg noodles nor can I find lemon grass. Instead, I was able to find a thai sauce that contained lemon grass which I used as a substitute for lemon grass. And for Chinese egg noodles, I used thai rice noodles instead. Also, there are no fresh bean sprouts here, thus I had to use some that came from a jar. The result was very good, however, if I could get the real ingredients this recipe calls for, I bet this pho would have been even better.

Easy Garam Masala

This recipe is a life saver. I am an American who lives in Bulgaria and I needed Garam Masala to make butter chicken. In Bulgaria, you can't find garam masala ANYWHERE. However, all of these ingredients were available and resulted in some of the best butter chicken I have ever had! Thank you so much!

Sweet and Sour Chicken I

This recipe was perhaps the best sweet and sour chicken I have ever had. I was also surprised at home simple it was to make. While making this, when it came time to fry the chicken, I did use a deep fryer instead and I think the chicken came out better than it would have in a frying pan or wok. Also, to the people who rated this recipe lower because they thought the instructions could have been more clear, if the instructions were not good enough, there is a video that should make everything crystal clear to understand.

Real Hummus

This is one of the best hummus recipes I have ever had. ALso, it was very simple to make. I doubled the amount of garlic and I added a little bit of vinegar because, well, I like sour and I am a fan of garlic. I also served this with homemade pitas. I will absolutely make this again.
