Wow!! I don't measure the basil/spinach so I usually end up with more mixture - I break out the cheese to make two balls and serve with the small round rice crackers from trader joes. My guests ask for it!

I've made this several times now - love it more and more each time. I think it's best made the night before - it thickens up some over night. Just give it a stir!

Dijon-Tarragon Cream Chicken

Very flavorable for such a quick dinner. I used the prescribed sauce mixture for 2 ckn breasts instead of 4 and doubled the tarragon b/c I used dried instead of fresh.
