Slow-Cooker Chicken Tortilla Soup
I LOVED this recipe after a few adjustments:
Left out the 2 cups of water
Used frozen raw chicken breasts
Added 1 can of black beans at the end
The chicken shredded perfectly after 6 1/2 hrs. The soup turned ou fresh and flavorful. Topped it off with avocado and sour cream. Will definitely be making this again!
