Absolutely Fabulous Greek/House Dressing

Reviewed: May 1, 2011
I used a chianti wine vinegar and the dressing was very bitter & stong with the vinegar flavor. I tried to add some sugar for balance, but it didn't seem to help very much. I was disappointed.

Bundt Dutch Apple Cake

Reviewed: Jan. 31, 2009
I made this for our Friday before the Super Bowl Steeler party at work....... The whole thing was gone before lunch! Everyone LOVED it! Everyone wanted the recipe too ( even several doctors asked for the recipe). I did make few changes..... I added an extra apple and added brown sugar to the apple mixture. It was a real hit!

Tangy Coleslaw

Reviewed: Dec. 14, 2008
Great option for a coleslaw without mayo. It goes great on or with sandwiches (esp. pulled pork). I used less sugar and more vinegar (I used some wine vinegar). It was a big hit!

Taco Seasoning I

Reviewed: May 4, 2008
I loved it and my family loved it! I only used 1/2 t. of cumin in a double recipe since I'm not a big cumin fan......and it was just enough!

Mexican Layered Dip

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2007
I took this dish to work for a pot luck luncheon. Everyone loved it! It was a easy dish to take and prepare. I mixed the taco seasoning with the beans... I didn't have tomatoes or guacomole, so I just used salsa in its place. Took along a bag of chips.....it was a real crowd pleaser.

Bodacious Broccoli Salad

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2007
My entire family and all of my relatives rave about this recipe. I usually add craisins and toasted sunflower seeds for some additional texture and flavor.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Nov. 25, 2007
My family loved this recipe! Make sure that you double the sauce. I usually keep the noodles separate and the meat mixture separate....this way the noodles don't suck up all of the sauce. My friends at work also tried it and their families love it!

Stir-Fry Pork with Ginger

Reviewed: Jan. 5, 2004
This was great! I used it with left over pork. I increased the recipe for serving for 8...this made the meat much jucier. My son enjoyed his as a Chinese pulled pork sandwich and the rest of the family enjoyed it over rice. I used fresh ginger root. Instead of rice wine, I used rice wine vinegar..that was all I had. I also added about 1 T. of (drinkable) sherry. It was great!!!

This is still the best that I have ever found! Just ask any of the kids in the neighborhood.
