Since I left out several ingredients (sugar, dry mustard, and cloves) and substitued water for the juice (seemed like it didn't need juice with the can of jellied sauce), I may not have given this recipe its best shot. The pork was very tender and had a mild flavor, but it definitely needed salt. I'll probably make this again, but adjust it hoping to perfect its taste.
