Chicken and Sun-Dried Tomato Bruschetta

Reviewed: Sep. 19, 2012
This was easy and delicious. All of my family loved it too. I put olive oil in the skillet and pan-seared the bread to get it a little brown on the edges, placed the chicken/spinach/cheese/tomato mixture on top. It was amazing and easy.

Chicken Pot Pie IX

Reviewed: Nov. 9, 2012
Very good! I read the reviews and made the following changes: added 1/4 cup broth to combat dryness, added 1/4 tsp garlic powder, brushed bottom crust with eggwhite and baked five min prior to pouring in filling. Baked at 375 for 30 minutes instead of recommended 425 degrees. It was wonderful!

No-Cream Pasta Primavera

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2012
This was wonderful! I read the reviews, and so left the balsamic vinegar out, and we added grilled chicken cut into bite size pieces --that was the only change for me. I balsamic vinegar available, and my husband added at little to his, and it made it more zesty. Warm, beautiful, aromatic, -- this is definitely going to be made again!

Cabbage-Carrot Casserole

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2012
This was delicious! Everyone loved it. It had a very delicate flavor, the cabbage was not overpowering at all. I followed the recipe exactly. There was a little fluid in the bottom of my pan because I probably didn't drain it enough, but it still tasted wonderful. I will definitely add this to the regular menu!

Fried Okra

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2014
I made it exactly as described. It needed a little more salt, and perhaps some more spice. But it was good.
