Ive made these often...i use all sorts of pudding flavors a favorite is choc fudge pudding n peanut butter chips or pistachio pudding n cherry chips aso butterscotch pudding n chips but we also adore the recipe as is

Lasagna Roll-Ups

This is truly delightful to make and eat. I made for a special adults night out at our home and it was perfect. I loved the idea of individual servings. I did it a bit different...meat(ground Italian turkey)2lbs.Choppped red and green bell peppers & onio. cooked in crock pot on low 4 hrs. Drained meat and then chopped it up added to crockpot 1 can spaghetti sauce and cooked another 2 or so hours. Took it out of crocpot to cool. then proceeded with rest of directions. Also used an italian blend of 5 cheeses.and cottage cheese. topped it after all in pan with more sauce and mozza cheese. It was the best ever. i had so many compliments Italians from italy told me theve never tasted better. Wow what a deat and so clean for lasagne. Not all the mess like usual. I do want to try it with the home made sauce and will indeed tonight again.

Salisbury Steak

I absolutly love these burgers. However we did not care much at all for the sauce that accompanies this recipe. We just make a brown gravy to pour over it and simmer it in instead.

Gazpacho Salad

My husband really adored this. It is true the longer it sits in the fridge the beter it tastes. I didn't have any sliced olives so I used chopped olives instead and it was fine. I was only able to layer once but it still worked fine also I used white wine vinager, It worked well.

Refried Beans Without the Refry

This is great and very easy. I made a couple small changes. I subed 1/2 chicken broth for water and I deseeded a jalepeno then diced it and put it in the crockpot all at same time. Was a bit spicy for our taste but the hubby loved the heat it gave. Flavor is great

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

We absolutly loved this recipe. We did make a few changes to the original. We do not use the mushroom stems and we use olive oil instead of Veg oil. We also use Crab meat in the mix to add a bit extra. It is great for those who like crab meat. It is also a fabulous cracker/cheese dip for veggies also. Kudos on this recipe.

Bleu Cheese Macaroni

My husband and I love bleu cheese but Oh my was this way too much bleu cheese. Maybe because i tripled the recipe to serve a lot of ppl. We did not eat it only a few bites were taken and lots of groaning and complaints were passed around. I think it would have been better with a lot less bleu cheese. Maybe some one can try it and report back as I have been forbidden to try this one again. A sure shame as I was lookig so forward to a great suprise and dish to share.

Always A Winner Potato Salad

I made this for a picnic a while back but forgot to post, Nonetheless I really liked how well it went. It goes well at potlucks I did have to add a bit more mayo and There were some concerns with the color (paprika turned it reddish) it was liked by others all around. thanks for the recipe.

Hamburger Potato Casserole

I thought this was nice. I however did alter it just a tad. I used garlic salt and pepper sprinkled over every layer. i forgot to add the onions but it was fine with out them. I also used some all purpose seasoning in it as well. My husband suggested I use red devil in the mix next time for a little zip. I may try this. but it had enough flavor as it was. the appearence is not great but taste is not bad at all.

Fettuccini with Mushroom, Ham and Rose Sauce

Wow what a crowd pleaser. I made this for a party of 25ppl. I would like to add that I made a few slight changes to fit my families taste buds, I used green onion instead of white and I cut down the amount of garlic to about 3/4 the called amount. I forgot the crushed red pepper but I am sure it would be the perfect touch next time I make this I will add it but only 1/2 tsp of crushed red pepper as some of the family can not handle spicy foods, I used ham from the holidays that was frozen I simply cubed it.

Champagne Shrimp and Pasta

I loved this. I made a few changes though. My family doesn't like shrimp much so I used the canned tiny shrimp and a pink champagne and lots more mushrooms. next time I will use green onion instead and not cut the tomatoes so small. great color and taste all in one

Kitty Kat Bars

These are so easy to make and take no time at all. Instead of 1 cup of semi sweet chips I subed in 1/2 cup and another 1/2 cup of milk chocolate chips. We have made thes 7 times over the past holiday season they go over so well and everyone wants the recipe.
