Mom's Zucchini Bread

This is a great recipe. I of course always tweak food to make it my own though. To make it healthier, I used Trivia Baking Blend (made the calories only 166 per slice of 24)... I also used almonds instead of walnuts and added 1/3 cup of oats. It turned out amazing. I had a left over zucchini (which equaled 1.5c), so I added a carrot and 1tsp Nutmeg. Husband and Kids love both. I also used my KitchenAid Mixer to speed things up.

Amish White Bread

I love this recipe. When i make bread with it, I am going to try sifting it to see if it lightenes. other then that.. I use this for biscuits, pizza dough, cinnimon rolls... which is amazing! I only use half the amount of sugar though and it tastes great. Have this written down in my family recipe book :D
