I love making Asian dishes, Italian dishes, southern dishes and desserts. I enjoy taking the time to make a complete meal and am trying to be well rounded in all cultural areas of food.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My family either fries everything or eats frozen/pre-packaged meals. I am trying to teach an alternative to that.
My cooking triumphs
I made a souffle for the first time and it didn't sink!
My cooking tragedies
I tried to make a "fridge sauce" by just adding random things in my fridge like chipotle mayo, horseradish sauce, Tabasco ketchup, soy sauce and ranch to make an amazing sauce, it didn't work, at all. It was horrible..
