World's Best Pasta Sauce!

Excellent recipe... although I couldn't rate as a five without green peppers, red pepper and mushrooms. I added those because they're requirements to my family in a pasta sauce. I also added a bit more of the Italian spices. I think that depends on the brand of tomato sauce used, as some include a bit more spice or garlic, onions, meaning you have to taste and adjust to your liking.

Dripping Roast Beef Sandwiches with Melted Provolone

I used Boars Head rare roast beef, as I like the beef rare to med rare. The beef cooked too quickly beyond my liking when I put in the au jus. If you like the beef more rare (much more tender for these sandwiches) only leave it in long enough to heat. Actually, it would heat enough in the oven - skip putting it in the pan with the au jus.

Kung Wow Chicken

Now my favorite at home Chinese chicken recipe. A lot of ingredients, but it was the best! I followed the recipe exactly the first time, but after that added green peppers as well as the red, which really added a lot. My family loves it!

White Bean Chicken Breast Chili

This was okay, but not as good as I expected from the reviews. I did add a little less of the spicier spices, but there just wasn't so much flavor, just spice. Added the diced tomatoes with chilies, which was good, a little sugar which helped. Added some Worcestershire pepper as well, but something just not right. Had an excellent white chicken chili that wasn't my recipe, and was using that as my barometer, I guess. This didn't quite measure up. I used Goya small white beans, but I think I would use white kidney beans the next time.

Delicious Pumpkin Bread

The best pumpkin bread ever. I added raisins, used 1/2 applesauce, half oil. Amd I used 2 tsp pumkin pie spice. Moist, excellent flavor. I made several and gave them to friends who also thought it was the best they'd ever had. Perfect.
