Chocolate Bar Pie I

Reviewed: Nov. 16, 2005
Wonderful pie-I always put a layer of cool whip on top of the chocolate filling, then sprinkle chocolate curls over it. I make this sometimes with plain chocolate bars instead of the almond. Either way its delicious.

Black Bean Salad

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2005
My daughter and I love this recipe. I leave out the pimiento and jalapeno and use 2 cans of beans. I use chopped red onion in place of the green and red wine vinegar instead of the salad dressing. This recipe can be adjusted to easily to your likes and dislikes that is practically foolproof.

Polish Cabbage Noodles

Reviewed: Jan. 29, 2005
Have been making this recipe for years. The only thing I do differently is to add a couple tablespoons of white sugar to the cabbage while cooking it. My children love this for dinner just as I did when I was a kid.

Buckeye Cookies III

Reviewed: Jan. 16, 2005
I have tried several buckeye recipes and I like this one the best. I melt the chocolate in the microwave instead of using a double boiler. I also freeze the peanut butter balls for about 20 minutes instead of putting them in the fridge before dipping. My son loves to eat these frozen.

Wonderful Banana Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2004
I have made this recipe countless times since I came across it. I add 2 or 3 bananas and it comes out delicious. My family like this with fluffy white icing-this cake doesn't last very long in my house!

Cheddar Bacon Dip

Reviewed: Feb. 29, 2004
My entire family loves this recipe. I use a couple of chopped green onions instead of dried. Let this sit overnight for the best flavor.
