Amish Macaroni Salad
I have made this twice now. The first time just to try it. The second time I made a double batch to give out to my friends. This salad is AMAZING. But I also did cut the sugar by 1/4 cup down to just 1/2 a cup of white sugar. Also, I did not have relish and so I followed another recipe for "quick dill pickle relish" and I used that. Please do not worry when the dressing seems to be too much. The noodles soak up all the dressing and it ends up with the perfect amount! I also used Ajinomoto brand Japanese mayonnaise. Other than that I followed the recipe and I LOVE it. Now a staple in my recipe collection!
