All the reviewers are right. It is an awesome recipe. I read a lot of the reviews before making it for the first time and glad I did. There was a lot of great tips. Red wine is a definite addition and I also used a lot more garlic. I used crushed garlic, probably about 4 heaping Tbls worth. Also I added red chilli flakes and some hot rotel tomatoes and it turned out awesome with just a little bite to it. My 9x13 pan is too shallow so I only did 2 layers which worked out just fine. I had doubled the recipe so I could freeze some for later and sure glad that I did.
