I have just made these buns for hamburgers and they are GOOD! I made half a recipe because it is just my husband and myself. I also raised them in the oven. Before I started the recipe process, I turned my oven on to 200 degrs. When I was making the recipe, I shut the oven off to start cooling. When it was time to raise, I put the dough balls on a greased (I used cooking spray)sheet. I also sprayed plastic wrap with cooking spray and layed it over the dough so the wrap does not stick to the dough when you uncover them. I then put the sheet on the lowest rack. After 20 minutes I put the sheet of raised dough on the middle rack at the required temp and time. Took them out and brushed the tops with butter. Mmmmm, very good. Our burgers aren't going to know what hit 'em! I will use this recipe again and again. Thank you for sharing your recipe. Excellent!
