Banana Banana Bread

Great tasting banana bread if you add 1 tsp cinnamon, but that's just my own taste preference. Thanks for the recipe.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2009
This tastes great made exactly as written. I have added oatmeal (1/4 cup) in place of 1/4 cup of crumbs and it was still delicious. Thanks for a great recipe.

Rhubarb Slush

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2009
Very good recipe. I used the water that the rhubarb cooked in and it turned out great. I also made it once with half the sugar & it was fine so that's what I'll do from now on. Thanks for a great recipe.

Deluxe Chocolate Marshmallow Bars

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2009
These were very good. A great way to use marshmallows that have passed their prime. My only problem was that my Baker's Secret pan 'warped' while cooking so one corner got thin, the rest was great. Any suggestions as to why it did that? Thanks for the recipe.

Sweet Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Jan. 12, 2009
these were really good tasting however I wonder if they really needed that much sugar. Also, mine got really dark before they were completely done in the centers. I cooked them at 350 degrees but maybe (since I wasn't using my own oven) the oven I was using must have run a little hot. Thanks for the recipe.

Creamy Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Jul. 16, 2007
Very good. Even hubby, who says he doesn't like anything with cream cheese in it, loved it. I also added chopped onion, garlic and seasoning salt. Thanks for a great recipe.

Oregon Salmon Patties

Reviewed: Jul. 10, 2007
These are really good tasting and good for you too. I beat the mixture with my hand mixer and did not pick out any bones, just grind them up. Didn't take long to cook before they had a great crunchy crust to them. Only change was to add 2 tsp lemon juice instead of using the salmon juice. Great recipe.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

Reviewed: Jul. 3, 2007
These are delicous and easy. I used fresh orange juice instead of water but didn't change anything else. Just the right consistancy and very easy to roll. Thank you so much.

Best Ever Cinnamon Buns

Reviewed: Aug. 26, 2005
These are very, very good. Don't let the bad reviews keep you from giving these a try. I used bread flour and 1/2 cup less water. Also used a white cake mix (only kind in my panty), a bit more filling and these were really light, big & fluffy. They were gobbled up fast. Thank you!

Lower Fat Fudge Brownies

Reviewed: Jun. 24, 2003
These are very good chewy, almost fudgey brownies. I am so glad they are healthier because it is hard to stop eating them. I added a half cup of chopped walnuts though because they just wouldn't be brownies without them.
