Andie's Stuffed Mushrooms

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2004
This was my first attempt at making stuffed mushrooms. Very easy to make although I used 1/2 pound ground beef and 1/2 pound sausage. There was quite a bit of the mixture left over so my husband and I made nachos with the remainder of it!

Hershey's ® 'Perfectly Chocolate' Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Nov. 20, 2004
WOW! I had hoped to find an easy, moist and delicious chocolate cake that I could make from scratch. I sure found it with this recipe! I made the cake on a Tuesday night and although it took us a while to eat it (10 days), it was just as moist on the last day as on the first. Thanks for an amazing recipe! I've already passed it along.

Breakfast Pizza I

Reviewed: Jan. 1, 2004
I made this for Christmas breakfast. Luckily my husband came to my rescue when I attempted to shape the crescent rolls into a pizza shape. I won't use the crescent rolls again, but rather a regular pizza crust. I also substituted shredded hash browns in the recipe. Overall, with a couple of changes, it will be a family staple for us.

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Dec. 31, 2003
Yummy! I made this bread on Christmas morning having never made it before. I found it to be very easy to make. It tasted wonderful and will become a traditional Christmas breakfast item in our home. We were still picking at it throughout the day because it was so delicious! Thanks for the recipe.
