Creamy Linguini for Two

Very good and easy! I 'spiced' it up a bit though and it was outstanding. I chopped up some leaf spinach and sprinkled in some crushed red pepper. This not only made it very tasty and a little healthier, but the added colors made it LOOK as good as it tasted.

French Onion Soup Gratinee

This is great and my wife loved it. I added a little bit of cumin and this help broaden the flavor. Next time I make it I may use more beef broth and less chicken broth. Great recipe and it is going to be a lot of fun to 'tinker' with.

15-Minute Marinated Chicken

I followed the recipe exactly and marinated for 15 minutes. I liked the flavor, but it was too bland. I will try this recipe again and marinate at least 4 hours.

Chipotle Crusted Pork Tenderloin

Outstanding. My wife absolutely loved it! I followed the recipe exactly, except I used a Southwest Chipotle seasoning. It had just the right amount of "heat". I forgot to oil the grill grate, so there was a little sticking, but the meat looked as good as it tasted! This will be great for cookouts. I think the rub would be good on chicken too, I will try that next.

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

Excellent chicken recipe. Its best to cook it real slow to keep it moist and use just enough brown sugar to coat each piece. This was quick and easy and very tasty!

Creamy Au Gratin Potatoes

Everyone at Christmas dinner loved this recipe. They want me to make it again soon. I added a little garlic and sprinkled the top with a very small amount of paprika. It looked and tasted wonderful.
