Chicago-Style Pan Pizza
I made this last night and it was gone.....QUICK! I used a pilsbury pizza dough in the tube, sprinkled it with oregano/garlic powder, and pre baked it for 5 mins. Then I put all of the toppings on and baked until the crust was brown and cheese was melted. Although it was very good, it was missing something. I don't know what....garlic maybe? I don't know but I will surely make this again.

Slow Cooker Spicy Black-Eyed Peas
I followed this recipe exactly as printed except I doubled the garlic. This was a GREAT meal!! I will make this again in the fall with cornbread muffins.

Mushrooms Berkeley
Yummo! I made this tonight to put over sirlon steaks and it is delicious! I love mushrooms and this is a great way to use them. I followed the recipe exactly as far as ingredients, but I let it simmer for about 15-20 mins to reduce the strong flavor of the dijon mustard.
