Rhubarb Jam

Ammmmmmmmmazing! This turned out absolutely delicious. Only change I made was using half rhubarb and half strawberries. I let it boil for the full 45 minutes and then let it cool on the counter for about 10 minutes before putting in jars. The consistency was more like a fruit spread or preserve rather than jam, but I prefer that more.

Big Soft Ginger Cookies

These cookies are unbelievable!! I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out fantastic. I found they were a bit crumbly when I was rolling them into balls so I just worked the dough in my hands for a bit and that seemed to do the trick. I baked them for only 8 minutes, let them cool on the sheet and the outsides were crusty with a nice gooey inside!

Best Brownies

Amazing recipe! Brownies turned out very soft in the middle. Only thing to note is that I would put in less powdered sugar for the icing...mine turned out too thick to spread, even when I put it on the brownies straight out of the oven. I would add the sugar in 1/2 c. increments until you get the desired consistency.

Carrot Ginger Creme

Fantastic!! I doubled the recipe as I had a ton of carrots from my garden. I then used only 3 cups of half and half rather than 4 as it was quite creamy at that point. Very good and highly recommended!
