Baked Salmon II

I have used this recipe about 5 times now, and it is consistantly delicious. The last time I used it was with one large fillet (1.79 lbs). My advice for anyone who is using a large fillet similar to the one I used is to line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil and use that for both marinading and baking. Also, divide the total number of ounces in your fillet by 6 (the serving size used for this recipe) and use the total as your number of servings (16 ounces = 1 lb, 18 ounces /6 ounces=3 servings). Using that formula my fillet turned out most excellently and was a big hit with everyone in my family.
