About this Cook
I'm a model/actress, I travel, work alot, live in VEgas now, plan to move to LA, sometimes I cook just to see if I can cook a certain dish. Out of pure curiosity. My mother owns a restaurant in Austin Tx. Oriental Express, my aunt owns a restaurant to, it's called, China Kitchen, they are very american Chinese food places. I have cooked most of my life, it's fun, when I was younger I wanted a lot of kids, so have to learn how to cook to feed them. I don't have kids now but sometimes I will cook randomly for my loved ones, or a friend, special occasion.
My favorite things to cook
Not sure if there could be something I wouldn't enjoy cooking, I cook for fun usually.
My favorite family cooking traditions
My cooking triumphs
every dish that comes out tasting good is a win. N every dish that comes out non edible, you learn from. You would have never known unless you experimented with it.
My cooking tragedies
I cooked rabbit one time, and I use to have a pet rabbit, then I couldn't eat it maybe cause I was thinking to much of my pet rabbit, n when I put the meat in my mouth I wanted to vomit. I can't get to close to a animal before eating it. There was another time when I bought a live lobster from a store, and then cooked it after I had it in my fridge for a day, and I couldn't even eat that cause I felt like I got close to it, and it had a personality. I felt to sorry for it to eat it, so I made my mother eat it. aww... I killed the lobster who I almost felt like a friend to. I'm a bad person. lol it was sorta cute. o-well I'm a human, hunter gatherer, it's nature. Tho latley I have been more so vegetarian cause I love animals. N I found out what they have done to cows, and chicken and pigs, it's really sad, and disgusting. I feel sorry for them, they have souls to. I'm not saying I can not enjoy meat, I'm just saying I cut back, alot.

Chef John's Flour Tortillas
They where really good, I was sorta trying to find the recipe or something very close to it, for Taco Cabanas tortillas. This dough could be used for pasta, or pizza to, in my opinion. If you don't ad enough butter to this recipe, or veg shorting, I used butter, the tortillas are very hard to roll out.

Fast and Easy Pancakes
I loved this recipe who knew homemade pancakes could be so easy to make, and fast. Saves from buying the pre made panckaes mix. Just buy a huge bag of flour n pretty much be set on pancakes for a very long time. I didn't even make these the correct way. I didn't have vanilla extract, I thought I did but couldn't find it. but I made them anyway n I was cooking one and eating some @ the same time. easy to make, and yummy.

Chicken Cordon Bleu II
I thought it was okay, a little fattening for my tastes. I made it and followed the recipe just like it says on this website, but I should have edited the ingredients in a way I knew I would have enjoyed more. Maybe next time I will.
