Hmmmm so good! I didn't even add the extra seasoning and it was fine.

Candied Chicken Breasts

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2007
seemed like alot of work for just an average chicken dish...like I don't think the chicken needed to be breaded, it seemed like it would turn out the same just browning them up a bit.

Banana Snack Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2007
very good, i only used 1 stick of butter and threw in some cinnamon applesauce and it still turned out really good....think next time I'll add some more banana for more of that flavor but overall we loved it!

Flock of Geese Chicken Salad

Reviewed: Apr. 4, 2007
this was really good! scales down easily and the only thing i substituted was miracle whip for the mayo, lite sour cream and red wine vinegar for the dressing...also added 1-2 tbs finely chopped sweet onion for extra flavor but not sure it really needed it

Peppermint Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Dec. 5, 2006
Really easy and really good! Just the right amount of peppermint too...except one thing I will do next time is use mini candy canes. I had the Starlite Peppermint candy and it was like trying to break rocks! Yummy and festive recipe!

Chicken and Red Wine Sauce

Reviewed: May 2, 2005
This was awesome! I served it with angel hair but would also be really good with rice...remined me of Bourbon Chicken you'd get at a Chinese restaurant but with wine...I actually might try this substituting bourbon for the wine. Great recipe, thanks!!!

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge

Reviewed: Nov. 29, 2004
I have been looking for an easy peanut butter fudge recipe and found it. I use dark brown sugar and people seem to like that more than if I use the light brown sugar. Either way, it always turns out. This is creamy and so good, many thanks!

this was really good; I followed the directions exactly except I cooked the onion in the bacon grease. Also it marinated for 2 nights but still turned out delicious. Will make again, thanks.

Italian Restaurant-Style Salad Dressing II

Reviewed: Feb. 10, 2004
I WAS GOING TO SUBMIT THIS RECIPE IF NO ONE ELSE HAD! THIS STUFF IS FANTASTIC - LIKE THE ONE SERVED AT THE OLIVE GARDEN. I ADD APPROXIMATELY 3-4 TBS OF SUGAR BECAUSE I DID FIND IT TO BE TOO TART. AND BEST OF ALL, IT'S RELATIVELY LOW FAT.

Angel Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Jan. 6, 2004
This is so unbelievably good! The ingredients kind of threw me off a bit, but once I tried it, I was pleasantly surprised! The sauce is rich and flavorful, not at all strong. I can't wait to make this again. Thanks!
