Baked Slow Cooker Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 11, 2013
This was about as easy as it gets, big bonus in my world. The second time I made it I stuffed the cavity with carrots, an onion and 2 cloves of garlic. Saved the bones for slow cooker chicken stock too.

I cooked this as the directions said with no changes, very easy and very flavorful. I even brought some to the neighbors , great on these cold days.

Hawaiian Chicken Kabobs

Reviewed: Jul. 20, 2013
Easy to prepare, I made this just as described. My husband an I really liked it. The chicken turn out very tender, marinaded about 3 hours. I left the pineapple separate from the meat during the marinade due to reading the reviews and everything turned out perfect.

Tuscan Cream Cheese Spread

Reviewed: Jul. 13, 2013
This has become my most requested, 'signature' appetizer. Honestly, so many people have asked me for this recipe. I made it exactly as written the first few times because it is that good, but we have since modified it slightly for our preference. ( we go a bit lighter on the dried tomatoes, more black olives- yum!) Just a note, using scissors for the tomatoes has truly made this easier, great suggestion from a previous commenter. Thank you for this recipe!

Easy Biscuit Mixture

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2012
This mixture was very dry and crumbly for me, so I had to add milk until I got the consistency I wanted. I don't have much cooking experience at all so this was a guess for me. It turned out fine but this ended up being more work than I was expecting. They were good though.

Molasses Cookies

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2012
This cookie is amazing! I have made it several times as written and the results were fantastic. Just recently I tried the suggested 1/2 c each of brown and white sugar and I think it was a nice boost. I also sprinkled some allspice in addition to the regular spices called for. My husband requested I make them for his office and they got raves.

Super Easy Slow Cooker Chicken Enchilada Meat

Reviewed: Sep. 15, 2012
This was easy and pretty good, but I think the cumin was a little strong for our taste. It saved well and I used it to make a corn tortilla layered casserole. I added black olives, shredded monterey jack and baked for 30minutes at 350 degrees. Topped with a tiny bit of sour cream and salsa and my husband loved it.
