Slow Cooker Adobo Chicken

This was really delicious! Tasted quite like the chicken adobo I get at the local Filipino joint. I used a whole chicken and extra chicken breasts and they bother worked great! Made a delicious smell for the house as well!

This was delicious! I stuck to the sauce recipe exactly and was so satisfied I could probably eat the sauce as soup! I made bisquick dumplings though just because I had no eggs on hand and they are so easy!

Cajun Crawfish and Shrimp Etouffe

Delicious Cajun creole dish! My mother just loves it! I use all shrimp when crawfish is not in season and it is still fabulous.

Herbes de Provence Roasted Chicken and Potatoes

This was quite good! I liked the white wine with the herbs but I didn't use the McCormick pack, I just used my Herbs de Provence spice. Also did just chicken breasts, not with bone in.

Ratatouille

I really enjoyed this recipe. The whole time it was cooking it smelled like a veggie pizza in my house which was a great bonus! There were mixed reviews about layering or not and I horizontally layered just to be sure you got a bit of everything in every serving. Very tasty! Not really enough sustenance for a full meal though, used it as a side dish.

Beef Tips and Noodles

This was a great guide for a recipe! It reminded me of a creamier boeuf bourguignon. I added red wine and used beef broth instead of water though. Also added a sweet onion and used fresh mushrooms. Stewing beef worked just as well when cooked longer. I loved it on the noodles though! YUM! Family was very pleased!
