Spinach, Caramelized Onion, and Muenster Au Gratin Potatoes
Delicious! The cooking times were right on. I followed the recipe exactly and loved it.

Slow Cooker Buffalo Chicken Sandwiches
Made this last night and it was great. I cooked three large chicken breasts, a full 12 oz bottle of Franks RedHot Wings Sauce. I used the Buffalo flavor, not the Hot Buffalo flavor. The regular buffalo flavor has plenty of heat for us although both are good. I also added about 3/4 cup of chicken broth. I cooked this on high for a little over three hours and then shredded the chicken and added the butter. There was still plenty of sauce, so I didn't add anymore. I let it go for another hour or so. I toasted up hoagie rolls, put the chicken mixture on there, topped with some crumbled blue cheese, and a slice of Provolone cheese. I put that under the broiler for just a short time to melt the cheese, then topped with some shredded lettuce. It was fabulous! My husband loved it too, in fact instead of making a second sandwich he just ate a bowl of the chicken and said how much he liked it. I am making the buffalo chicken pizza tonight with the little leftovers we have.

Slow-Cooker Pepper Steak
This turned out really good. Very easy to make as well. I sliced up a couple large top sirloin steaks. I browned them in the oil with about a tbsp of minced garlic, fresh minced ginger and a pinch of red pepper flakes. I added the browned meat, half a yellow onion cut into strips to the crock pot with the stewed tomatoes and a double batch of the sauce (water, bullion, soy sauce, cornstarch and sugar). I did omit the salt after reading previous reviews. After two hours on high I added one sliced up red and one green bell pepper. Cooked for two more hours on high. Served it over white rice. It was good. The only thing was that it was a little salty. I probably should have used low sodium soy sauce. My husband really liked it and said how tender the meat was. We ate it two nights in a row. I will make it again.
