Great recipe. I used the suggestion of someone else to mix the cream cheese and sugar on low with the mixer then hand mix the remaining ingredients in with a wooden spoon. This helps stop the cracking. However I still put water in the oven and turned the oven off after 40 minutes but left the cheesecake in the stove for 3-4 hours to finish cooking.
