Great recipe. I used the suggestion of someone else to mix the cream cheese and sugar on low with the mixer then hand mix the remaining ingredients in with a wooden spoon. This helps stop the cracking. However I still put water in the oven and turned the oven off after 40 minutes but left the cheesecake in the stove for 3-4 hours to finish cooking.

I have never made biscuits from scratch. I normally use Bisquick. This was an easy recipe. I used butter instead of shortening and added an additional tablespoon of sugar. They came out perfect.

Shrimp Scampi III

I made some suggested changes. I didn't have any white wine so I used water and I used Italian bread crumbs. Lastly I added parmesan cheese to the mix. Turned out great. :)

Aunt Anne's Coffee Cake

I used 1/3 white sugar and 1/3 brown sugar and added pecans to the topping... I also ALWAYS sift the flour in cakes or use cake flour. I sifted the flour 3 times. Makes this recipe lighter. This recipe is really good. Everyone loved it. It reminds me of Starbucks.. :0)
