Chicken Fried Chicken

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2008
The only complaint I had was the lack of seasoning, for my taste it requires alot more seasoning. I liked the texture of the breading and the ease and availability of the ingredients. Would definitely make again but add alot more seasoning but overall a very good recipe.

Presentation is half of the game, I am using this recipe for my daughters baby shower, we believe she's having a little girl but little girls take bath's too and the rubber duck floating on the top is just the perfect touch.

Baked Havarti Chicken

Reviewed: Jul. 17, 2007
I really liked the chicken, the mushrooms not so much, but I am not a big fan of Worschestire Sauce, though I do use it in my French Onion Soup. The Havarti was a great addition to the chicken.

Wassail Punch I

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2006
Loved Loved Loved It. I used ground ginger due to the cost of crystalized ginger. Also used apple juice due to availability.I used 64 ouces of apple juice and 1 teaspoon each of ground ginger and nutmeg about 1 1/2 tablespoons of whole cloves and substituted brown sugar for white. I also adjusted the juices accordingly using 3 cups of Orange Juice and 3/4 c lemon juice, 3 cinnamon sticks.

Slow Cooker Reuben Dip

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2006
Quick and easy, everyone seemed to like it that tried it. I don't eat, corned beef, sauerkraut or thousand island so it kind of left me out. The appearance was not very appetizing. But would probably make it again

Chocolate Bar Fondue

Reviewed: Sep. 30, 2006
I thought it was just OK, a little bit too strong of flavor for me. I used it in our chocolate fountain and it tended to get a little too thick even after I added some cooking oil as it suggested in the directions on the fountain. Not sure I would use the recipe again.

Very Good,Quick and Easy. I don't especially like wings but thought this was just the right amount of each flavor. I followed some of the others advice and used rotissere chicken which worked out great.

Cocktail Meatballs

Reviewed: Sep. 20, 2006
I've been making this recipe for years, as one person mentioned I also use cornflakes in place of breadcrumbs. A favorite of mine and many of my friends. My husband surprisingly isn't real fond of the sauce, he prefers BBQ sauce or the old standby of Ketchup and Grape Jelly.

Baked Pancakes with Sausages

It was very easy and quick to make. My family really liked it, I was OK with it but I'm not a big pancake and sausage fan either. But it sure beats the heck out of cooking pancakes one by one. It's a keeper

Apple Pie Filling

Reviewed: Dec. 6, 2005
It was good, I would like a little more spice. I used it in the Apple Enchilada Recipe posted on this site and just added a little extra cornstarch to make the consistency thick enough. Will use again
