Cinnamon Coffee Cake II

Reviewed: May 29, 2012
this was awesome! I think my husband ate half of it!!! I don't like butterscotch so I don't have any in my house so I used a cheesecake pudding mix and it was fantastic. The thing that I was most worried about was that the batter was sooo thick...apparently it is supposed to be that way because it was fantastic!

Spinach Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2012
I made this exactly as it says and it is fantastic. My husband asks for it a lot! I think next time, I'm going to add a few seasonings like crushed red pepper to the spinach just cause we like things a little hotter! Thank you for a great recipe! It has become a staple in our house!

Sour Cream Pound Cake

Reviewed: Apr. 25, 2011
i loved this recipe!!! it was so easiy to make and it was realy tasty...i'm not a big fan of pound cake but when I decided to do Easter dinner at my house, i wanted strawberry shortcake for dessert! poundcake was easiest so that's what was made. I actually forgot the pinch of baking soda in mine and it still turned out wonderful! Thanks again for a great recipe!

Breakfast Pies

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2010
I love this recipe! It has become a def favorite! So versatile! I changed it up a little bit only because I don't like green peppers and used what I had on hand! Thanks for such an awesome recipe! Oh, the only thing that I really did differently was use sharp cheddar and added some canadian bacon in place of the green peppers! Thanks again for such an awesome recipe!

ok...so i did things a little different but I kept the base recipe the same. The only things that I did differently were to add 1 lb of sausage and diced the jalapenos!! My husband and I LOVED it and will definitely make it again! Thanks for the awesome recipe!! It's going into the rotation!

YUMMY!!! I love these...we use a lot of dill and even added a dash of cayenne! I did go the lazy route a few times and used frozen bread dough only because of time constrants but everything was awesome! Thanks for a great recipe!

Aunt Betty's Banana Pudding

Reviewed: May 31, 2010
yummy!!! My husband and I just loved this! I made it exactly as the recipe calls for except one thing...i doubled the cookies on the bottom as some suggested and i also added a layer of bananas on top of the cookies because I couldn't fit everything in the bowl I was mixing the stuff in!!! Anyway, other than that...omg...this was awesome! Thanks! This is definitely going into the rotation!

Cajun Chicken Pasta

Reviewed: Feb. 14, 2010
wow!!! this was probably the best recipe i have found on this website. Thank you so much for sharing! Now, that being said...I did do a few things different but I'm sure it would still be a 5 star recipe if I followed it to the letter. Now, here's what I did. I used a package of baby bella's...oh so tasty! And I used Mrs. Dash with some salt and extra garlic powder. I didn't add peppers because I didn't have them and don't really like them anyway. Other than that...it was the best pasta I have ever had!!! Thank you again!

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

Reviewed: Jan. 18, 2010
This was a pretty good recipe. I actually made it exactly like the recipe which is unusual for me but I liked it. I think it needed something though, and I haven't figured out what it needed...but we will make it again. Oh, I did use the taco seasoning recipe on this site and it was FABULOUS...definitely try that recipe! Thanks for a good one...will try it again to figure out what it needs....Oh...you know what. I did do something different. My family doesn't drink beer or cook with it so I used chicken broth instead. But it was still good.

Chicken Pot Pie VIII

Reviewed: Jan. 2, 2010
My husband says that this dish deserves a 4 star rating and that's pretty good for him! Now, I did use a store bought crust...only because I can't make a crust to save my life! Also, I added mixed veggies and some different spices. I NEVER cook without garlic. We love it! So I added some garlic and parsley. Along with some onion powder because I happened to be out of onions. I thought it was great! I will definitely make this again. I do think that I will add some soup base to give it more chicken flavor. I like things that are very flavorful. I may add some poultry seasoning next time as well. Overall though...pretty great recipe! Thanks!

Pomegranate Jelly

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2009
I was a little unsure about this recipe but i made it anyway...i love pomegranates...and I am sooo glad that I did! I did use juice from langers...I just don't have the time to deal with the real fruit...and i had no problems with it setting. I also used powder pectin even though it calls for liquid...i still didn't have a problem with setting. It's beautiful and fabulous! Thanks for a wonderful recipe!

Rosy Cider Jelly

I agree that the jelly was a little murky but then...that's apple cider for you! We loved this jelly. We thought it was a fabulous tasty delicious treat. No problems getting it to set or anything! Thanks for a great recipe! I think next time I might try to add the food coloring to see if we can get a rosier color...but the taste is fabulous! I will definitely make this again!
