It's Chili by George!!
Very tasty chili. I thought the 1/4 cup of chili powder seemed excessive so I added 2 TBS instead which is about 1/2 of what is called for. For me it was plenty spicy. I also thought it was a bit watery but the favor was very good. This was my first attempt at making chili and I will make it again.

Amaretto Cake
I made this recipe for New Year's Eve. Both kids and adults loved it. I didn't have almond extract so I substituted lemon extract. Since kids were eating it, also, I made half the glaze with orange juice and half with amaretto. The OJ gave it a different taste but it was still delicious!
