This is the most amazing Chocolate Chip recipe I've ever used. I've made these cookies probably two dozen different times and there are two things I've noticed that help:
1) Bring the butter and eggs to room temperature before putting them in.
2) Add a little bit more of white sugar. I'll usually add 1/4 a cup more.
3) Freeze the dough for a day then thaw in the fridge. I've noticed that my cookies taste so much better when I do this. If you do this you will have to prepare to wait a day, but it's definitely worth it!
