Parmesan Potatoes
I personally didn't care much for this recipe at all. It took too much time and effort for what ended up being mediocre taste--I could've just quickly roasted some potatoes with salt and pepper and it actually would've tasted better and crispier. I think with some tweaks I could make it taste OK, but I've decided I don't like it enough to mess with it.

Broiled Tilapia Parmesan
Super tasty and EASY! What more could you ask for in a main dish? Be careful with the celery salt--I accidentally added more than the recipe called for and the end result was a tad salty. Still really good, though.

Crispy Rosemary Chicken and Fries
Super delicious and easy to make! I made a half-recipe of this tonight for my family--added a slightly larger amount of spice (because my family loves spices) and used 2 chicken breasts instead of thighs, since that's what I had. I cut each breast into three pieces to make it easier to portion out evenly between myself and my parents. The only problem I had with this is that the chicken felt a little dryer than I typically like. I'm not sure if it's because I cut the chicken into smaller pieces, but it might be. I think I might experiment with how long I cook the chicken next time, to see if I can find a way to make it a little bit more moist. I did like how crispy both it and the potatoes came out, though, so I overall recommend this if you're wanting something easy to make that's healthier than fast food!
