Mom's Zucchini Bread

Mom did an amazing job! Now this will be a keeper in my recipe book! (A mother of a 3and5 yr old) Thank you so much for sharing the BEST EVER zuccnini bread! And it makes 2 loafs!!! The only thing I did was take out the nuts and replaced them with chocolate chips! And someone said something about not to drain the juice so I didnt and it is SO MOIST! Yumm!! THANK YOU!

Fluffy Pancakes

Oh these were out right the best pancakes I have had in a long time!!! The only thing I did different was less sugar! I figured I would get the sugar from the syrup I cant wait to try again with fresh berries and cream! Yummy! Thank You!::High Five::

Arkansas Green Beans

Oh my YUM!! I made this with fresh string beans. I cooked off the bacon dumped most of the fat, then took my onions and sauteed them with the remains of the grease. I used half the amount of sugar. I took someones advice and mixed the beans with the sauce. Half way through I fliped the beans around so there was more of an even flavor. Also with the fresh beans it took longer in cook time about 60 mins with foil!! Thanks for the great treat!! Oh and may I add that my 3 and 5 yr old LOVED THEM!!!

Mom's Favorite Baked Mac and Cheese

Im going to give this a 4 star. I made it as is except I made a double batch used velveta"amercian cheese" and didnt have the sharp cheese so I used med cheddar,mustard AND dejon. I didnt have the dry stuff. It has great flavor but to me and the husband we thought it was a little dry. But nothing to complain about. I think it may be because I didnt use the sharp? (maybe?) I have it in my saved box and will make it again. Thank You!! (Now back to reheating the left overs) YUM!

Chicken Divan Lasagna

Made this lastnight! And will be making AGAIN for sure. I made it as directed for the most part.I made it with no boil noodles and fresh broccoli. And because I was using more chicken and broccoli I used 4 cans and about 2 1/2 cups of broth. I baked off my chicken in chicken broth with seasonings so I just used that. No need to waste anything! I shredded my chicken and put into the "sauce" put atleast 2 cups of that on the bottom if not more of the pan.The bottom noodles tend to burn when I use the no boil noodles.I was smart about it this time! :) Then I layed four noodles,sauce placed broccoli,then put down my shredded cheese.Did that for 3 layers.It turned out SO yummy! My husband ate TWO full plates. And it was a hit for the kiddos!(3&5)So it was great for the whole family!! :) Thanks for the yummy advice!
