Round Steak and Gravy I
This was wonderful! I followed other readers' suggestions and put the stuffing in the pan first. I baked for a total of 2 hours, and added mushrooms during the last 15 minutes. The beef was fork-tender and delicious.

Ann's Shrimp Etouffee
We loved this recipe. We served it over rice and added enough red pepper to give it some "giddy-up." Will make it again for sure.

Crab Stuffed Flounder
This recipe had a lot of flavor, and despite the large number of ingredients, was easy to prepare. We made it with halibut instead of flounder and enjoyed it very much.
