Baked Soy Lemon Chops
Delicious, low-fat marinade that added great flavor. However I'm only giving four stars because the recipe didn't specify whether to use boneless or bone-in pork chops, and whether to cover while baking or not. I used thick-cut boneless chops and did not cover (I did remarinate during cooking as directed, and also turned them over halfway through) and cooked for 35 min. They were definitely overcooked; still tasty, but overcooked. Be aware that if you use boneless chops, reduce the baking time and keep a close eye on them. I do like the idea of another reviewer who used her slow cooker and had a very juicy result!

Fresh Southern Peach Cobbler
I've never found a cobbler recipe I like, but after making this, my search has ended! I didn't change a thing and after eating it, I don't recommend you do either. The topping is the perfect level of not too sweet, and textures vary from crispy to chewy...yum! The peach mixture was also perfection. Serve warm with vanilla ice cream!

Spicy Grilled Chicken
Other than substituting olive oil for vegetable oil, the only significant change I made was to double the recipe for the marinade. It didn't seem to make enough for the chicken to really get immersed in it. I did use bone-in leg quarters instead of boneless chicken breasts, and this may have been part of the problem. I also marinated overnight as I knew I would have my hands full the next day with other dishes. But, the end result was a delicious chicken that grilled up to perfection and had my guests raving! That's good enough for me!
