Chicken Artichoke Dip

We didn't care for this dip. I thought the Italian dressing mix gave it an odd flavor that was just too strong. I didn't think the almonds went well with the dip, either.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

These mushrooms were absolutely wonderful! I only used half of the cream cheese, and I didn't need any more (maybe my mushrooms were smaller than what the recipe calls for). I will definitely be making this again!

Buffalo Style Chicken Pizza

I followed the advice of others and used only enough dressing to coat the crust. I topped the pizza with chicken marinated in buffalo wing sauce, slices of onion, and strips of red peppers. It turned out great and tasted even better reheated the next day.

Easy Sausage Macaroni Supper

This is an quick, easy recipe that tastes great. I think I will cook the pasta separately next time, since I had to keep adding water to get it done. I didn't have any chili sauce, so I substituted pizza sauce, and it turned out fine. It would probably be even better baked with cheese sprinkled on top of it.

Brown Sugar Meatloaf

I did not like this meatloaf. I thought it tasted too meaty. For those who want to try it, I would suggest adding alot more cracker crumbs or adding bread cubes instead. The brown sugar topping, however, was good, and I might try it with another recipe.

Ranch Oyster Crackers

I thought these were okay. I made them as a Thanksgiving appetizer. The seasoning was a little too strong for my taste. Evidently, no one else cared for them either, because most of them were still left at the end of dinner.

French Toast I

I am not a french toast fan, but my husband thought this was a great recipe. I followed the advice of others and added a pinch of sugar. If I make this recipe again, however, I think I will leave the nutmeg out. It is too overpowering.

Creamy Hot Chocolate

This hot cocoa is extremely rich and creamy. I took the advice of others and substituted milk (1c.) for some of the water. If I make it again, I will probably put a little less cocoa, as I thought it was a tad strong.

Sweet Potato Salad

This is definitely a different twist on sweet potatoes. I used canned instead of fresh, and it turned out somewhat mushy. However, I am taking that into consideration in my rating, and I give it a four.

Chicken Tortilla Soup V

I was a little leery of this recipe at first, but it turned out great! I cooked the chicken and shredded it before adding the rest of the ingredients. The cheese and sour cream are a must! Next time I might add some black beans, also.

White Chocolate, Chocolate Cookies
