Deep-Fried Turkey Marinade

This was our first deep-fried turkey, and it was the best turkey we've ever made! We were a little worried that it would be too spicy, but it turned out perfectly seasoned. Thanks for a great recipe.

Five Bean Casserole

Mandarin Orange Salad

I used a 12 oz. can of orange juice by mistake, so mine was a little tart, but still good. I can't wait to make it the right way! I'm sure it will be delicious. The crust was awesome! Thanks for the recipe.

Award Winning Peaches and Cream Pie

We thought this recipe was okay - not really good, but not really bad, either. The cream cheese mixture with the peaches tasted wonderful; it was the crust we didn't care for. I think it would taste alot better in a traditional pie crust.

Warm Blue Cheese Dip with Garlic and Bacon

My family and I thought this dip was good, but not great. The bacon flavor was a little overpowering for us, and the dip seemed too salty. I might try cutting down on the bacon if I were to make this again.

Pizza Pinwheels

These were absolutely delicious! I had a hard time rolling them after adding the cheese, but they tasted great regardless of what they looked like. I might experiment with sausage, mushrooms, onions and other pizza ingredients next time.

Reuben Dip

If you like reubens, you'll like this dip! I used canned corned beef, instead of deli-sliced, and it turned out fine. I might cut down a little bit on the mayo and dressing next time, however. I think it would be better if it were a little thicker. Thanks, Karen!
