The Perfect Mai Tai

As others have said, cut the rum in half to start then ramp it up to suit your crowd's taste. I add a quart of pineapple juice and substitute Amaretto for the almond syrup. Nice to be able to give 20 people (in-laws) a night to remember for under $100. I made 4 gallons and froze in freezer bags ahead of time. Otherwise, I would be tied to the blender all night like I have been for the past 10 years for our get-togethers. Do's a no brainer!!
