Southern Classics, Italian, Mexican, Puerto Rican, and baking! Well I was raised in the South so I'd have to say Sunday dinners with fried chicken, all the sides and homemade buttermilk biscuits is something I will never forget doing growing up. I love how growing up, I was taught how to make everything from scratch. Watching my Mama and all the women in my family cook everyday and enjoy serving everyone is a tradition I am proud to continue. Puerto Rican food is definitely a triumph for me. My boyfriend of 7 years is Puerto Rican and learning how to cook meals for him that remind him of his mother's excited me. Now, he tells me he couldn't tell my meals from his mother's if he tried. SCORE!! None so far ;)
